Larsen & Risley's tax practice includes representation of clients in all tax matters including such topics as income, estate and gift, and franchise taxes, in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board, or other applicable state tax authority. We perform such representation at all levels of litigation including examinations, administrative appeals, and because our attorneys are admitted to practice before all relevant Federal and State Courts, any necessary judicial litigation.
